1. Description of Service

Apptree Publishing is a customised service tailored to streamline the publication process of your native app, whether it's for Android, iOS, or both platforms.

Our service operates on a credit-based system, where credits can be seamlessly utilised for either Android or iOS publication processes.

Upon activation or renewal, users can acquire a package of 5 publication credits for $250/250€.

This price covers the cost of publication on both the Google Play Store and the App Store, the later requiring a review of your app content to align with Apple’s strict guidelines.

Once you have paid the the Apptree Publishing Service credit fees, our dedicated team takes charge of the following tasks:

• Compiling your native app for iOS and/or Android.
• Generating the Android ad hoc version.
• Managing the first publication and subsequent updates of your app through your App Store Connect and/or Google Play developer account.
• Upon request, handling updates for iOS certificates.
• Managing updates for the iOS and/or Android app within the stores.
• Providing the production binary file (.apk or .ipa file) for internal distribution.
• If needed, overseeing the resolution of store rejections.

In case of a publication of an iOS app, our service includes a thorough review of app content, validation of developer account compliance with Apple's Guidelines, and, of course, the publication of the app by our expert team. This full iOS Review Process is comprised in the Apptree Publishing 5-credit package.

Upon payment, a bundle of 5 publication credits is added to your project.

Notes:

• Please note that you must have your own developer account for app publication, whether opting for individual submission or utilising our Apptree Publishing service:
• Google Play for the Android publication process ($25/25€ - one-time fee)
• Apple Developer account for the iOS publication process on Apple's App Store ($99/99€ yearly)
• Apple Developer Enterprise account for the iOS In House distribution process ($299/299€ yearly)

2. How to activate the Apptree Publishing service

Navigate to the Publish page and choose the option to submit the app with the assistance of Apptree by selecting Publish on Stores.

If credits are unavailable, purchase the 5-credit bundle. After payment confirmation, a compilation request is sent to the Apptree team via a support ticket.

To facilitate your experience, we have compiled all the information we need for iOS and Android in one questionnaire. The publishing questionnaire will require the following information:

For Android:

• Indicate if it's the first publication or an update.
• Progress through the form submission.
• Request app publication on Google Play

For iOS:

• Specify if it's the first publication or an update.
• Complete and validate the form.
• For the first-time iOS app publication, let our expert team undergo the iOS Review Process.
• For updates, ensure Apple Developer Account compliance before proceeding.
• A support ticket is generated for verification, and upon compliance, a publication request is sent to the Apptree team.

3. How to fill the form correctly

To ensure accurate store information during app publication, provide the necessary details in the dedicated form. Both iOS and Android forms differ slightly and demand specific information.

Developer Account Information:

For iOS, provide the Developer ID (Apple Developer account owner's email). For Android, provide Google Play's account owner's email and Developer Name.

App Information:

• Ensure the App Name is typo-free.
• Provide an accurate App Description.
• Select appropriate Category and Content rating.
• Specify Copyright information.
• Explain app Permissions, if any, detailing their essential role.

Contact Information, Privacy Policy, Data Use:

• Include contact details and a valid support URL.
• Provide a valid Privacy Policy URL.
• Disclose app Data Use based on Apple and Google guidelines.

4. After app submission to the store

Receive direct notifications from the stores regarding app status, questions, or rejections. In case of rejection, our team assists in resolving issues.

5. Information about publication credits

• Credits don't expire and remain associated with a project until permanently deleted.
• One credit bundle is required per Apptree project.
• Credits are non-transferable between projects.
• Resellers must individually purchase the service for each agency project.
• A credit is charged per successful app version publication.
• Internal distribution incurs a credit charge for each new binary version delivered to the customer.

After getting credits, fill out a simple questionnaire. Our expert team needs it to compile the necessary information stores require. It ensures a smooth publishing process.

4. Connect Apptree:

Follow our guide to add Apptree to your Google Developer and/or Apple Developer account. Granting access securely sets up a collaborative partnership. The guide is also accessible from the questionnaire.
